T Codes
Tool codes follow but Only in range T1 -> T256
T#n<>diameter<>n
T#1 5.5 5 = Rotary Slot Mill Tool One of 5.5mm Diameter aligned to tool offset group 5.
Note: Tool # numbers from 1 -> 256 are the actual tool number, 257+ is as follows,
Tool and tool spindle/holder profiles
T#257<>n<>FILENAME.PRF<>g ( rotary tool profile file assigned to tool number n assigned to tool group g.
T#258<>n<>FILENAME.PRF<>g ( non rotating tool profile file assigned to tool number n assigned to tool group g.
T#259<>n<>FILENAME.PRF ( rotary tool holder profile file assigned to tool holdernumber n.
T#260<>n<>FILENAME.PRF ( non rotating tool holder profile file assigned to tool holdernumber n.
Profile Examples
T#257 1 ENDMILL.PRF 12 ( the tool profile could be a flat ended endmill of a certain length assigned to tool group 12
T#257 2 BALLMILL_5_20.PRF 15 ( the tool profile could be a ballmill of 5mm diameter, 20mm length assigned to tool group 15
T#258 3 TRI_LATHE_10.PRF 11 ( the tool profile could be a triangular lathe cutting tool of 10mm per side assigned to tool group 11
Assign tool offset value to tool
T#261<>Gn<>Xn<>Yn<>Zn ( assign tool offset group Gn to offset XYZ
T#261 15 1.0 0 0
( example, assign tool offset group 15 the offset X1.0 mm for cutter radius offset compensation
T#6 8.0 15
( example, tool 6 has a diameter of 8.00mm but with a radius
offset from group 15 real Dia. = 10.00mm
Note: All commands and filenames MUST be in upper case!
